FACES Medical Travel Grant Program provides a critical lifeline for children and adults with craniofacial differences, traveling 120 miles or more, round trip for craniofacial care within the United States
For over 50 years, FACES: The National Craniofacial Association has been dedicated to assisting children and adults with craniofacial disorders resulting from birth, disease, or accident.
There is never a charge for any service
provided by FACES.
Our program services address three distinct areas; Client Travel, Public Awareness and Understanding, and Information and Support
When Daniel was born nine years ago with a cleft lip and palate, micrognathia, and almost no lower jawbone, he needed a tracheostomy to breathe and a feeding tube to survive.
His parents, Robi-Lyn and John, faced not only the fear of his complex medical needs but also the overwhelming cost of getting him to
life-saving care.

Since 2019, FACES Camp has provided a welcoming environment for children with facial differences to experience the typical joys of attending a summer camp. FACES Camp offers activities such as swimming, archery, horseback riding, rock climbing, and campfires. Friendships are formed, and memories are created to last a lifetime.
