What It Means to Serve
on the FACES Board
FACES: The National Craniofacial Association
FACES is the heart and hub of the craniofacial community, supporting people with medical travel, education, and connection.
Serving on the FACES Board of Directors is both an honor and a meaningful commitment. When you join our board, you become part of a distinguished legacy of community leaders who, since 1969, have built FACES into the vital resource it is today. As a board member of our small but impactful nonprofit, you help guide our mission, ensure strong governance, and amplify our reach within your community and the craniofacial community - directly shaping how we support families seeking specialized medical care and connection.
We're looking for engaged, passionate individuals who are ready to be active participants. This means contributing your unique perspectives, staying informed about our programs, supporting our fundraising efforts, and serving as an ambassador for FACES in your networks.
Board service requires a genuine investment of your time, talent, and treasure, and in return, offers the rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve - children and adults with craniofacial differences.
